These terms apply to Somatic Career Alignment sessions and other one-on-one professional coaching services.3.1 Access and RegistrationAccess to Services is provided via the booking system on the Site. Access is granted upon successful payment and confirmation of the scheduled session date.3.2 Fees and PaymentsFees are specified at the time of booking. All fees are processed through third-party payment gateways (such as Cal.com, Stripe, or PayPal). By purchasing the service, you agree to their respective terms.3.3 Missed Sessions & ReschedulingYour fee covers the scheduled session. It is your responsibility to attend at the agreed time.
Rescheduling: You must provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Forfeiture: Sessions that are missed or cancelled by you with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited. These sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent bookings. The time lost will not be made up.
3.4 Service RefundsNo refunds will be provided once a session has commenced or the service has been delivered. Refunds for cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will be considered at the discretion of Sky Rivers, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

4.1 General Disclaimer (Services)Use of the Services is at your own risk. The information provided is for professional development, somatic inquiry, and career coaching only, and is provided "as is" without warranty. Sky Rivers is not a medical professional, financial advisor, or mental health counsellor.
